Application:
For Work skincare into the skin:
Apply your favourite cream or oil to your cleansed face or apply a face mask. Move the large roller gently but firmly, starting at the neck, in an up and down motion. Repeat this movement from the centre of the face three times on your jawline, lower cheek and cheekbones. Use the small roller for your eye area and then continue with the large roller to finish on your forehead. Repeat the steps on the other side of your face.

Treatment of the individual facial areas:
Nose, lips and chin:
Work with the large roller from the nose to the ear. Continue with the upper lip, lower lip and chin. Follow the chin along the lower jawline to below the earlobes. Then repeat on the other side of the face.
Jaw and neck:
Start at the chin and roll from the centre outwards and upwards onto the cheeks. Then start at the chin again and make curved rolls towards the collarbone, work outwards to the sides of the neck and repeat on the other side of the face.
Forehead:
Moving from the centre of the forehead either to the left or right, start at the hairline and gently roll towards the ear. Repeat the application three to six times over the same area, then repeat on the other side of the face.
Eyes:
Use the small roller to work on the eyelid area and under the eyes. Continue rolling from the corner of the eye to the ear. Then repeat on the other side of the face. Tip: Place the roller in the fridge beforehand to achieve a more intensive effect.
For sinus pain and pressure:
Moisten a cloth with warm water and place it briefly on your forehead, eyes and cheekbones. Then start with the small roller directly above your eyebrows and roll from the centre of your face to under your cheekbones. Repeat on the other side of the face.
Cleaning the face roller:
To clean the face roller, wipe the surface with a soft, damp cloth and then dry it well with an absorbent, soft cloth. Then leave the roller on a cloth for a while to ensure that it is completely dry before putting it away. Never wipe the roller with very hot water or soak it in water. Also, do not expose it to harsh chemicals or cleaning agents.
