Finish the structure as usual
Apply colour gel, you will achieve the best effect with a white base
seal (as a full cover or in any pattern) and harden
Work Jolifin LAVENI Neon Pigment into the sweat layer with a Jolifin Pigment Applicator Set of 3
remove excess pigment with a Jolifin fan brush for pigments
seal
